About Me
Natasha “Lucky” Anderson is a passionate cake artist from Beaver Falls, PA, who has transformed a lifelong love for baking into a vibrant and inspiring career.
Her journey began at just six years old, guided by her mother’s encouragement in the kitchen. By thirteen, Lucky was selling cookies and cupcakes to friends and family—planting the seeds for what would become a remarkable path in the culinary arts.
After relocating to Naptown (Indianapolis, IN), she discovered a talent for sculpting through ceramics classes in high school. This creative spark led her to Sullivan University in Louisville, KY, where she studied Hospitality with a focus on Baking and Pastry Arts.
Following the birth of her daughter, Zoë, Lucky launched Zoë’s World of Cakes, a business rooted in love, creativity, and the desire to leave a lasting legacy. Her work quickly gained recognition in the local community and beyond for its originality, emotion, and artistry.
As her career evolved, Lucky earned a position at Bankers Life Fieldhouse (now Gainbridge Fieldhouse), where she was awarded the prestigious Levy Legend pin for her exquisite dessert presentations. She crafted custom desserts for high-profile guests including the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, and even Frank Vogel, head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers.
In 2013, she won 1st place at the Indianapolis Ace of Cake competition. Then in 2024, exactly ten years after her time at the Fieldhouse, Lucky returned in full-circle fashion—creating the official NBA All-Star Cake for Gainbridge Fieldhouse during one of the city's biggest events.
Lucky’s infectious energy and standout talent have taken her to national television. She’s appeared on:
- Food Network’s Halloween Wars (Season 11)
- Holiday Wars (Season 6)
- Hulu’s Cake Toppers, hosted by Buddy Valastro the "Cake Boss" — where she won multiple episodes with her cake partner Lincoln Alexander
- And coming June 16th, she’ll compete in Food Network’s newest competition, Super Mega Cakes against Duff Goldman with teammates Lincoln Alexander and Kimberly Adams
In addition to competing, Lucky is a sought-after instructor, sharing her skills through private teaching across the U.S. and through her YouTube channel, where she offers creative, educational, and empowering cake content to aspiring artists.
Chef Lucky Anderson is more than a cake artist—she’s a mentor, a visionary, and a joyful force in the culinary world. With every cake she creates, she honors her family, her journey, and her unshakable passion for spreading joy—one slice at a time.
